1. General Terms

3. Account Registration

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bgg999 bonuses:

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bgg999, you agree to act in good faith and to comply with all applicable rules of the Platform and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Money laundering: Using bgg999 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. bgg999 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bgg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against bgg999 deposits;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the bgg999 Responsible Gaming policy;
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of closure, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or material breach of these Terms, bgg999 reserves the right to permanently forfeit the entire account balance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgg999 shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bgg999's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
